Note to Purchaser

Please be sure to double check your order.  We can help you pick out equipment and parts but only on your representation.  We cannot guarantee size or application.  Please consult with a local licensed HVAC contractor for exactly what your project requires. Please see our return policy for returning unneeded purchases.


We accept PayPal, Amazon Payments, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Cash, Money Orders and Checks.  Please note any order placed with a credit or debit card that has different shipping and billing addresses will require verification before we can process the order.  Additional documentation may be required to complete the verification process.  Any orders paid by check will not be shipped or released until the funds have cleared into our account.


Most orders will ship out within 3-4 business days.  Some items are not immediately available, and can take a week or more to ship out.  If there is any further delay on your order, we will contact you.  Most of the time, we are able to offer an alternative product.  Items usually arrive between 2 to 8 business days from the day of shipment and the trucking company will call you to schedule the delivery.  Please make sure you provide a valid phone number on your order.  Please note that these shipping times may be extended due to unforeseen circumstances such as item availability, holidays and/or weather delays.

Please be sure to remove the shrink wrap and carefully inspect each unit for any damage that may have occurred during shipping.  If you see any creasing or dents in the cardboard, this may indicate that there is damage to the unit underneath.  Alert the driver and open the box for further inspection.  Please note any and all damage found upon arrival with the driver and get an exception number.  If damage is severe or looks like it will affect operation of the equipment, note the damage with the driver and refuse the damaged item.  If the shipment is accepted without noting damage, and damage is found later, we will not be able to assist you with replacements or reimbursement.  If you are not able to be present at the time of delivery, it is your responsibility to make sure that your agent inspects the shipment when it arrives and notes any damage with the driver.

***The shipping company will bill consignee (you the customer receiving the package) for additional added services/charges that were not shown in the bill of landing due to certain conditions including: 

  • Re-delivery cost due to customers not being present during the scheduled delivery time.
  • Fees for helping to bring the item inside. Curbside delivery with free liftgate service is included to deliver and unload the order to the curbside but you are responsible for bringing your items inside of your home or building. If requested and your driver can assist with moving your items from the curbside to the inside of your home or building, there could be additional cost.
  • Detention charges. These types of charges occur if the delivery driver is having to wait for the customer due to the customer not being present to the agreed upon delivery time. 


  • Please check with manufacturers for warranty; each manufacturer holds different warranties.
  • Your local contractor can help with labor and parts warranty issues.
  • National Air Warehouse does not offer any labor warranty; your local contractor should supply your labor warranty.
  • National Air Warehouse is not liable for costs or expenses incurred by you due to a malfunction of any equipment or part sold on our site.
  • National Air Warehouse will not compensate you for any labor costs for any reason, including equipment or part malfunction.
  • National Air Warehouse can handle warranty part exchanges you need with proof of installation and diagnostic invoice from a licensed HVAC contractor.
  • Under no circumstance will National Air Warehouse replace a whole system or component (such as condensers, air handlers, coils and furnaces) should any equipment or part fail during installation or not operate after installation.
  • National Air Warehouse will supply parts covered by the manufacturer warranty.
  • All equipment needs to be registered with the manufacturer in order to receive the full limited and conditional warranties.
  • If a system is not registered with the manufacturer, the units will only receive the minimum base warranty offered by the manufacturer.
  • All equipment sold on our site is explicitly designed to be installed by a professional, licensed HVAC contractor.
  • Any and all warranties will be null and void if the installation was not performed by a licensed HVAC contractor.
  • Proof of installation will be required in order for National Air Warehouse to process your parts warranty.
  • Please note that refrigerant is not covered under warranty.
  • Under no circumstance will the cost of refrigerant be covered or reimbursed if refrigerant needs to be added to the system; whether it is missing from the unit when it arrives or after a part is replaced.
  • Processing and postage fees apply.  You can find more warranty information here.  

Cancellations and Returns

 100% Refund – Your purchase has not been packaged nor shipped and was paid by cash, money order or check.
 97% Refund – Your purchase has not been packaged nor shipped and was paid by credit card, debit card, PayPal, or Amazon Payments. With Affirm financing merchant fees will be deducted from refund.
 95% Refund less any shipping charges incurred to and from your location – Your purchase has been packaged, shipped to you and not unpacked by you.
 Variable or no Refund – Purchase has been accepted and unpacked by you.  Please send items back and we will evaluate any and all problems, a fair refund will be given.  If items show evidence of tampering, have been broken or have been installed, no refund will be given.  Please see shipping section for products damaged upon arrival.
 No returns on scratch and dent or special order items will be accepted.
 Returned items must arrive at our warehouse within 30 days from the date of delivery.
 Return shipping is arranged and paid for by the customer.
 All items must be returned to the same warehouse that they originated from.
 No returns will be accepted unless all items are returned in their original, unaltered packaging.
 Please do not write on the packaging; please use labels instead. 

Privacy Policy

By using this site or placing an order, you are accepting the practices described in our privacy policy.  These practices may be changed, but any changes will be posted and changes will only apply to activities and information on a going forward, not retroactive basis.  You are encouraged to review the privacy policy whenever you visit our site to make sure that you understand how any personal information you provide will be used. Any dispute or difference arising out of or in connection with this contract/purchase shall be determined by the appointment of a single arbitrator to be agreed between the parties, or failing agreement within fourteen days, after either party has given to the other a written request to concur in the appointment of an arbitrator, by an arbitrator to be appointed by the president or a vice president of the nearest office of The American Arbitration Association.

Any dispute or difference arising out of or in connection with this contract/purchase will be appointed the jurisdiction of Tampa, Hillsborough County, FL where the main office of National Air Warehouse is located.  The appointed arbitrator must practice within this jurisdiction and the entire arbitration process must happen within this appointed jurisdiction.  No other jurisdiction suits, mediation, arbitrations will be entertained by National Air Warehouse.  Purchaser agrees to these terms upon finalizing purchase.

EPA Regulations

Purchaser acknowledges and understands that only an EPA certified contractor can handle refrigerant and charge the AC equipment.  We strongly encourage that you have your equipment installed by a local licensed HVAC contractor.  All work needs to be done to local and state building codes.  National Air Warehouse accepts no liability for equipment after and during the installation process.


Please note that not all products are exactly as pictured.  Please go by model numbers, not pictures as we do not have control of manufacturers’ changes.
