Most orders will ship out within 3-4 business days. Some items are not immediately available, and can take a week or more to ship out. If there is any further delay on your order, we will contact you. Most of the time, we are able to offer an alternative product. Items usually arrive between 2 to 8 business days from the day of shipment and the freight carrier will call you to schedule the delivery. Please make sure you provide a valid phone number on your order. Please note that these shipping times may be extended due to unforeseen circumstances such as item availability, holidays and/or weather delays.
Please be sure to remove the shrink wrap and carefully inspect each item for any damage that may have occurred during shipping. If you see any creasing or dents in the cardboard, this may indicate that there is damage to the unit. Alert the driver and open the box for further inspection. Please note any and all damage found upon arrival with the driver and get an exception number. If damage is severe or looks like it will affect operation of the equipment, note the damage with the driver and refuse the damaged item. If the shipment is accepted without noting damage, and damage is found later, we will not be able to assist you with replacements or reimbursement. ** The shipping company will bill consignee (you the customer receiving the package) for additional added services/charges that were not shown in the bill of landing due to certain conditions including:
Re-delivery cost due to customers not being present during the scheduled delivery time.
Fees for helping to bring the item inside. Curbside delivery with free liftgate service is included to deliver and unload the order to the curbside but you are responsible for bringing your items inside of your home or building. If requested and your driver can assist with moving your items from the curbside to the inside of your home or building, there could be additional cost.
Detention charges. These types of charges occur if the delivery driver is having to wait for the customer due to the customer not being present to the agreed upon delivery time.

Q) Do you offer shipping to Canadian customers?
A) Yes we do offer shipping to Canadian customers, but we do not ship directly to Canada. You can have the order shipped to a freight forwarding company located in the United States and then arrange for them to deliver the items to your home.
Q) Do you offer free shipping?
A) Yes we do offer free shipping included in the price for customers located in the continental United States.
Q) How does shipping work with returns?
A) Returns are handled on a case by case basis. If a return is initiated due to damaged equipment during shipping which is noted with the trucking company, we will cover the return shipping back to our location and ship another item out free of charge. Cancellations & Returns
— 100% Refund – Your purchase has not been packaged nor shipped and was paid by cash, money order or check.
— 97% Refund – Your purchase has not been packaged nor shipped and was paid by credit card, debit card, PayPal, Amazon Payments.
— 95% Refund less any shipping charges incurred to and from your location – Your purchase has been packaged, shipped to you and not unpacked by you.
— Variable or no Refund – Purchase has been accepted and unpacked by you. Please send items back and we will evaluate any and all problems, a fair refund will be given. If items show evidence of tampering, have been broken or have been installed, no refund will be given. Please see shipping section for products damaged upon arrival.
— No returns on special order items will be accepted.
— Returned items must arrive at our warehouse within 30 days from the date of delivery.
— Return shipping is arranged and paid for by the customer.
— All items must be returned to the same warehouse that they originated from.
— No returns will be accepted unless all items are returned in their original, unaltered packaging.
