Note to Purchaser
Please be sure to double check your order. We can help you pick out equipment and parts but only on your representation. We cannot guarantee size or application. Please consult with a local licensed contractor for exactly what your project requires. Please see our return policy for returning unneeded purchases.
We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Cash, Money Orders and Checks. Please note that any orders paid by check will not be shipped until the check clears.
Most orders ship within one or two business days. Some items are not immediately available, and can take up to a week to ship out. If there is any further delay on your order, we will contact you. Most of the time, we are able to offer an alternative product.
Please be sure to open all boxes to inspect the each unit for any damage that may have occurred during shipping. Please note any and all damage found upon arrival with the driver and get an exception number. If damage is severe or looks like if might affect operation of the equipment, note the damage with the driver and refuse the damaged item. If the shipment is accepted without noting damage, and damage is found later, we will not be able to assist you with replacements or reimbursement.
If you are not able to be present at the time of delivery, it is your responsibility to make sure that your agent opens and inspects the shipment when it arrives.
Please check with manufacturers for warranty; each manufacturer holds different warranties. Your local contractor can help with labor and parts warranty issues. National Air Warehouse does not offer any labor warranty; your local contractor should supply your labor warranty. National Air Warehouse is not liable for costs or expenses incurred by you due to a malfunction of any equipment or part sold on our site. National Air Warehouse will not compensate you for any labor costs for any reason, including equipment or part malfunction. National Air Warehouse can handle any parts exchanges you need with proof of installation and diagnostic invoice from a licensed HVAC contractor. Under no circumstance will National Air Warehouse replace a whole system or component (such as condensers, air handlers, coils and furnaces) should any equipment or part fail during installation or not operate after installation. National Air Warehouse will supply parts covered by the manufacturer warranty. All equipment needs to be registered with the manufacturer in order to receive the full limited and conditional warranties. If a system is not registered with the manufacturer, the units will only receive the minimum base warranty offered by the manufacturer. All equipment sold on our site is explicitly designed to be installed by a professional, licensed HVAC contractor. Any and all warranties will be null and void if the installation was not performed by a licensed HVAC contractor. Proof of installation will be required in order for National Air Warehouse to process your parts warranty. Please note that refrigerant is not covered under warranty. Under no circumstance will the cost of refrigerant be covered or reimbursed if refrigerant needs to be added to the system; whether it is missing from the unit when it arrives or after a part is replaced. -- 96% Refund - Your purchase has been paid for, packaged up but not shipped.
-- 90% Refund less shipping costs - Your purchase has been paid for, packaged up and shipped to you and not unpacked by you.
-- Variable or no Refund - Purchase has been accepted and unpacked by you. Please send items back and we will evaluate any and all problems, a fair refund will be given. If items show evidence of tampering, have been broken or have been installed, no refund will be given. Please see shipping section for products damaged upon arrival.

-- Returned items must arrive at our warehouse within 30 days from the date of delivery.
-- Return shipping is arranged and paid for by the customer.
-- All items must be returned to the same warehouse that they originated from.
-- No returns will be accepted unless all items are returned in their original, unaltered packaging.
-- Please do not write on the packaging; please use labels instead.
Any dispute or difference arising out of or in connection with this contract/purchase shall be determined by the appointment of a single arbitrator to be agreed between the parties, or failing agreement within fourteen days, after either party has given to the other a written request to concur in the appointment of an arbitrator, by an arbitrator to be appointed by the president or a vice president of the nearest office of The American Arbitration Association.
Any dispute or difference arising out of or in connection with this contract / purchase will be appointed the jurisdiction of Tampa, Hillsborough County, FL where the main office of National Air Warehouse is located. The appointed arbitrator must practice within this jurisdiction and the entire arbitration process must happen within this appointed jurisdiction. No other jurisdiction suits, mediation, arbitrations will be entertained by National Air Warehouse. Purchaser agrees to these terms upon finalizing purchase.
Purchaser acknowledges and understands that only an EPA certified contractor can handle refrigerant and charge the AC equipment. We strongly encourage that you have your equipment installed by a local licensed contractor. All work needs to be done to local and state building codes. National Air Warehouse accepts no liability for equipment after and during the installation process.
Please note that not all products are exactly as pictured. Please go by model numbers, not pictures as we do not have control of manufacturers' changes.
