Shipping Information

 

Most orders ship within 1 or 2 business days.  Some items are not immediately available, and can take up to a week to ship out.  If there is any further delay on your order, we will contact you.  Most of the time, we are able to offer an alternative product.  Items usually arrive between 2 to 7 business days from the day of shipment and the trucking company will call you to schedule the delivery.  Please make sure you provide a valid phone number on your order.  Please note that these shipping times may be extended due to unforeseen circumstances such as item availability and/or weather delays.

Please be aware, you or your agent must be present to receive the shipment.  Be sure to open all boxes to inspect each unit for any damage that may have occurred during shipping.  Please note any and all damage found upon arrival with the driver and get an exception number.  Minor dents and dings may happen during shipment; these will not affect operation of the equipment but please note them upon receiving shipment in order to fill out a damage claim.  If damage is severe or looks like if might affect operation of the equipment, note the damage with the driver and refuse the damaged item.  If the shipment is accepted without noting damage, and damage is found later, we will not be able to assist you with replacements or reimbursement.

If you are not able to be present at the time of delivery, it is your responsibility to make sure that your agent opens and inspects the shipment when it arrives.

Q) Do you offer shipping to Canadian customers?
A) Yes we do offer shipping to Canadian customers, but we do not ship directly to Canada.  You can have the order shipped to a freight forwarding company located in the United States and then arranage for them to deliver the items to your home.

Q) Do you offer free shipping?

Yes we do offer free shipping included in the price for customers located in the continental United States.

Q) How does shipping work with returns?
A) 
Returns are handled on a case by case basis. If a return is initiated due to damaged equipment during shipping which is noted with the trucking company, we will cover the return shipping back to our location and ship another item out free of charge. For other returns, please see our return policy listed below.

-- Full Refund - Your purchase has been paid for, not packaged up nor shipped.
-- 96% Refund - Your purchase has been paid for, packaged up but not shipped.
-- 90% Refund less shipping costs - Your purchase has been paid for, packaged up and shipped to you and not unpacked by you.
-- Variable or no Refund - Purchase has been accepted and unpacked by you.  Please send items back and we will evaluate any and all problems, a fair refund will be given.  If items show evidence of tampering, have been broken or have been installed, no refund will be given.  Please see shipping section for products damaged upon arrival.
-- No returns on special order items will be accepted.
-- Returned items must arrive at our warehouse within 30 days from the date of delivery.
-- Return shipping is arranged and paid for by the customer.
-- All items must be returned to the same warehouse that they originated from. 
-- No returns will be accepted unless all items are returned in their original, unaltered packaging.
-- Please do not write on the packaging; please use labels instead.
