4 Ton Ameristar by Trane 15.2 SEER2 R410A Single Stage Air Conditioner Condenser
The Ameristar made by Trane Air Conditioner also known as the AC Unit is the Outdoor unit in a HVAC System. It provides Cooling Only when connected to the Evaporator Coil. The M4AC50 is fully charged from the factory the unit is designed to operate at outdoor ambient temperatures as high as 115°F. Cooling capacities are matched with air handlers and furnace coils that are AHRI certified. The unit is certified to ETL. Exterior is designed for outdoor application.

This unit is an absolute beast, handling outdoor temperatures as high as 115°F like it’s nothing. It came fully charged from the factory, so setup was a breeze. The cooling capacity is top-notch, perfectly matched with my air handlers and furnace coils. It’s obvious that these folks at Trane know what they’re doing. Plus, it’s got all the right certifications, so I know I can trust it.
Now let’s get into the nitty-gritty. This unit is built to last, with its casing made of heavy gauge, galvanized steel. Plus, it’s got weather-resistant powder paint and has been 500-hour salt spray tested. That’s ruggedness you can count on. The scroll compressor is as efficient as they come, with low vibration and noise – so no annoying humming sounds while you’re trying to enjoy a quiet evening. It also features an ECM condenser fan motor and a coil that provides low airflow resistance and efficient heat transfer. All of this is housed within a compact unit with dimensions that easily fit into my outdoor setup. I’ve gotta say, I’m sold on this one.
