Details
Before we can process your warranty exchange, you must either fax or mail us a copy of both the installation invoice and diagnostic invoice. These will be provided to you by your licensed HVAC professional. You can email these to us at Info@NationalAirWarehouse.com or fax them to (813) 514-6458.
All parts, compressors & coils must be returned to us in order to process your order. In the event that your returned compressor is not soldered closed, an additional fee of $25.00 will be applied.
If you choose to do so, you may purchase your new part at full price and return your failed part within 20 days (from the date of shipment of the new part) for a refund. Please contact our Customer Service for price and availability of the part you need. Please note that your refund will not include the shipment and processing fees as listed above. If your failed part is not returned to us within 20 days from the date the new part was mailed, we will be unable to issue a refund.
